2-day-company-seminar: "Teamwork"

Trained competencies: Cooperation and mutual help, planning and decisison-making, risk-management, communication, orientation, creativity, leadership

Day 1: Check-in till 11AM; preliminary discussion with introduction: welcome, targets, procedure, organization
Module 1: Obstacle-parcours, communication and teamwork
Module 2: Construction of a free standing bridge (by Leonardo da Vinci). Material is provided, but has to be cut in shape. Introductory sawing basics.

Module 3: orientation exercise with map and compass (or GPS) in the field
After each exercise reflection and transfer in the corporate practice. Evening entertainment with bonfire and cocktail-course in the Bongo-Bar, El Mariachi on demand!

Day 2: Canoe-Tour with guide und profound information on paddle techniques and material, ecology and geological-geographical interaction. Final discussion of the achieved knowledge and individual feedback round on demand.
